Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very light and estery: citrus fruits, vanilla, wet grass/gorse, floral, subtle oak tones.
Palate: Charming, sweet, summery. Lemon, orange, coconut, vanilla, dried apple and beautifully-balanced light oak. Gentle, with stunning balance.
Finish: Soft, oak, spices.
Comment: The nose lets it down a little, but what a fantastic palate. The higher alcohol really brings this to life - delicate doesn't mean one-dimensional.
8.5
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Very aromatic. Very spicy.
Palate: Slightly fuller-bodied than the 10 Years Old. Firm, smooth, slippery. Raspberry syrup over vanilla ice cream, eaten on the beach.
Finish: Creamy and soothing, then salty. Very long.
Comment: A surprisingly robust expression of Glenmorangie.
