Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Soft. Green. Lightly spicy.
Palate: Fruity and spicy. Juicy. Sweet lime cordial. Then fresh lime juice. Becoming syrupy. Then peppery.
Finish: Lively. Spicy.
Comment: Good balance of the fruity acidity and sweeter juicy notes.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Floral, the barley sugar, stewed apple, dry grass, toasted marshmallow, butter, light spices and balanced oak.
Palate: Sweet and light, but with a full, soft centre, the floral notes balanced by the oak.
Finish: Clean and dry.
Comment: It's held up superbly well and has good weight for such an apparently gentle spirit.
