Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Meadow flowers. Clover. Wild herbs. Sweet.
Palate: Creamy. Textured. Cereal grain. Crushed barley. Oatmeal.
Finish: Distinctly nutty. Hazelnuts. Faint, toasty, hint of peat.
Comment: Delicate, and definitely Speyside, but not quite as elegant as some expressions I have tasted.
7.8
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Delicate. Nuts, sultana, honey. Hint of linoleum and oily rag.
Palate: Gently pleasant. A chewy mid-palate, with a little liquorice bitterness.
Finish: Banana, toffee. Short.
Comment: Delicate, light and simple.
