Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Vibrant and slightly edgy, but none the worse for it. Hint of waxiness, pigskin leather, smoked paprika, pine needles and a hint of fresh manzanilla amontillado sherry.
Palate: Fresh and energetic but with an earthy supple depth. Brazil nut, pecan andthen a burnt/meat note.
Finish: Clean and fresh.
Comment: What a treat to have such a selection and this to finish. Age? It's of no concern. It's balance, character and complexity that matters.
8.3
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy, with a herbal character. Lime tree tea, touch of garden mint. Granary bread. Vanilla infusion. Light and fresh. Freshly squeezed orange.
Palate: Sweet and smooth. Lots of vanilla. Dries on ground spices. Ginger. Touchof coconut.
Finish: Dry, fizzy and gently spicy.
Comment: Light and well structured. Refreshing.
