Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fresh, lively. Grassy. Drying hay. Cereals. Vanilla toffee.A floral note when diluted. Marshmallow.
Palate: Firm, crisp. The same aromatic profile as the nose.Cereals with a vanilla yogurt.
Finish: Warm and dry.
Comment: Pleasant but nothing really exciting. A nice aperitif dram to be enjoyed with salmon on oatcakes.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Glue (Uhu to be specific) then a touch of lemon grass and apple blossom. Slightly metallic suggestingimmaturity. With water there's coconut cream.
Palate: An improvement on a dull nose. Light and sweet with icing sugar, green apple, pear drop. Just a little raw, though water helps knock the hotter edges off, though that kills the texture.. it's your choice.
Finish: Thins slightly.
Comment: Pleasant enough.
