Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Hefty with toasty oak, sweet mandarin, orange blossom, oat, then piney notes. A substantial elegant nose.
Palate: Smooth and silky. The orange reappears with honey and cooked fruits. Concentrated and rich.
Finish: Long, silky.
Comment: A substantial drink with an all-enveloping charm.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Nutty. Marzipan.
Palate: Very sweet. Develops some dried fruit. Nutty maltiness. A hint of lemon peel. Saffron.
Finish: Quick. Hot.
Comment: Where's the peat-smoke? Not very Islay.
