Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fragrant and gentle. Coconut, tangerine, white fruits, elderflower, peach blossom, apple skin, freesia. Sweetly pure.
Palate: Perfumed, delicate and silky. Balsa wood, cream, coconut, citrus peels, light oak, candle wax.
Finish: Spicy, floral and lightly drying.
Comment: Holds its own beautifully against some heavyweight competition. Subtle.
8.3
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fresh and lively. Green fruit. Kiwi. Honeysuckle. Pear drop. Muesli. Dried apple skin. Lemon.
Palate: Round, sweet, fruity. Citussy. A little grainy.
Finish: Fades away quickly but leaves a pleasant feel. Almond. A touch of chives.
Comment: A refreshing dram. Straightforward, clean. No complexity but it does not boast sophistication. Simplicity and natural are also great qualities.
