Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Forest floor. Piney, resiny, tar-like.
Palate: Sweetish, hesitant, then really late surge of cooked fruit. Peach cobbler.
Finish: Slightly clovey. Peppery. Long.
Comment: Oddly distinctive. Curiously sweet and savoury.
7.8
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Pale pink. Rhubarb and cream. Light berry fruit accents with dry notes. Dilute redcurrant juice, blackberry leaf, young spirit behind.
Palate: Sweetness sitting on top of dry cereal/dry grass spirit. Not knitted or balanced.
Finish: Fruit pastilles.
Comment: Another finish. Why precisely?
6.8
