Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Sweet pizza dough with a light yeastiness and sparkly Limoncello citrus.
Palate: Lemon toffee and high quality lemon biscuits. Along with all this citrus (there's lime too) it is mouth-coating with an intense sweetness that is very seductive.
Finish: Lemon balm.
Comment: Not overly-complex, and I had thought this one was a bit younger. Packed with enthusiastic personality and delicious.
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Pannetone with candied peel. As it opens, it softens and turns into custard trifle. Drier with water, maybe leftover trifle sponges.
Palate: Barley-sugar sweetness cut with a light hay-like quality. Decent depth, but with an apple and pear lightness.
Finish: Clotted cream.
Comment: Well balanced. A real wee sweetie.
