Tasting notes
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Light and floral, milk chocolate and some marzipan.
Palate: Smooth and rounded; sweet, with orchard fruits and soft malt.
Finish: Gentle spices and mild oak in the lengthy finish.
Comment: A very solid, well balanced full-bodied dram.

Taster   Joe Bates
Nose: Floral notes predominate here, orange blossom and there’s just a hint of tropical pineapple.
Palate: Quite a hot, fiery palate. A little water might not go amiss. There’s some dry, oaky spice too, but counterbalanced nicely by some sweeter notes of dried apricot.
Finish: Long and sweet with some woody notes coming in at the last.
Comment: Don’t let this whisky’s pale straw colour deceive – this is a lively, assertive, fresh-tasting dram whose flavours linger pleasingly on the palate.
