Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light with good lactone notes alongside Galia melon and cake mix. Softly fruited and slightly exotic in theway the orchard fruits are pepped up by a gingery/allspice note. Piney with water.
Palate: Juicy light white fruits, sweet apple. Good spread of flavours. Subtle sweet fruits with an intense spiciness then some coconut .
Finish: Long and spicy.
Comment: Elegant and sophisticated.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy, light. A muesli bowl with dried summer fruit.Barley sugar. Lemonade. A touch of vanilla.
Palate: Smooth with a fresh sweet character. A mix of mint and aniseed like infused in aherbal tea.
Finish: Drier but keeping a nice refreshing character.
Comment: Nothing sophisticated but an easygoing summer dram to sip on a warm day. A Scottish pastis.
