Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A barrel in a dunnage warehouse. Green oak with a fresh floral note playing against earthy notes. Layers of fruit, vanilla, chocolate, sugared almonds.
Palate: Spicy, elegant, wood in perfect balance. Apricot, dried apple, spice. Orange, cakey, sweetness.
Finish: Fresh, then soft, sweet fruit.
Comment: A whisky which needs time, thank god we're seeing some great old examples.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Heavy, blossomy aroma. Fruit trees. Fresh limes.
Palate: Gentle, slow start. Leafy, malty. Brooding.
Finish: Surge of spicy, sandy flavours.
Comment: Lively, expressive, enjoyable.
