Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: A light nose with vanilla, custard tart, barbequed bananas, a little mint andleather polish.
Palate: Layers of flavour with mint toffee, soft fruits and plenty of spices, ginger.
Finish: Sweet and a little dry.
Comment: Well worth looking out for, a great dram with a gentle nature.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Intense. Lime tree herbal tea. Lemon balm. Quite perfumy. Linseedoil. Dry walnut.
Palate: Oily, cloying. Surprisingly astringent. Over infused tea. With a slight fizzy feel.Ground ginger.
Finish: Dry, astringent with a slight nutty aftertaste.
Comment: The nose lets you expect sweeter notes. The palate is a bit disappointing.
