Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A catalogue of mature notes: wax floor polish, antique shop, hemp rope, light smoke, mushroom, hay bales and a hint of citrus peel.
Palate: Lightly tannic, old nutbowl, mulch. Gentle and smooth, just a little faded.
Finish: Bitter chocolate/espresso.
Comment: Has some faded elegance.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Very aromatic. Peaches and pears. Fruit tea.
Palate: Lightly viscous. Assam tea. Burnt grass. Brown sugar.
Finish: Gingery. Spicy. Dusty.
Comment: Again, rather dried out. Lacks roundness and structure.
