Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Very aromatic. Floral and fruity. Peony. Honeysuckle. Juicy peach, marzipan. Buttery and biscuity. Marshmallow. Mint toffee.With water. cereal notes. Enticingand cheery.
Palate: Velvety, soft and tender. Creamy aniseed custard, orange peel.
Finish: A bit shy but gently drying on candied ginger.
Comment: A refined, complex and charming dram. An absolute cracker.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Big, bold and has wow factor. Heather honey. Melted butter and sugar, toasted oak and citrus.
Palate: Soft and mellow with the slightest hints of spiced apples, honey and malt. There is creamy vanilla too.
Finish: Elegant and fruity.
Comment: A superb example of a blended malt embodiment of a region.
