Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Deliciously refreshing. Malty and grassy. Dune herbs. Camomille. Linseed. Hint of mustard. Lemon pulp. A faint cheesy note.
Palate: Sweet and lively. The same fresh feel. Lemon sherbet. Can'taloup. Ripe peach.
Finish: Mint and aniseed. Soft pepperiness.
Comment: Not a heavyweight nor a sophisticated lad. But a perfect companion for a plate of smokies or a fruit salad.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Slightly watery colour. Light with hint of Moscato grappa, perfumed but a little hard.
Palate: Light and sweet, quite grassy.
Finish: Hot. Acorn.
Comment: Just seems a little unformed. Not holding all its parts together.
