Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Pear drops and a light freshness which at times was almost metallic. Damp leaves, chocolate milk and a bit of foamy banana.
Palate: Sweet, syrupy and chocolatey, with some pepper. Dried papaya.
Finish: Vanilla sweetness cut with tingly pepper.
Comment: Very American oak, and a pretty young thing. Enjoyable. A summer sipper.
7.8
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean and dry to start (muesli) then becomes increasingly fragrant (pear drops and pineapple, passion fruit, orchid, apricot skin). Touch of wax. Quite discreet.
Palate: Soft and slightly fuller than on the nose. Sweet and peachy in the middle good with a zingy lemon/lime character.
Finish: Soft, gentle.
Comment: Seems young, but very attractive.
