Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A burst of fragrant top notes: lemon (zest, icing, leaf), blossom/fresh flowers, vanilla/cream soda. Almost rye-like. Water brings out mint, anise/basil.
Palate: Delicate, fragrant and almost sherbety. There's some smoke lurking in the background alongside violet. Gorgeous.
Finish: Complex with a hint of smoke.
Comment: A lovely ethereal dram.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Highly spirity, almost nostril-burning. Light cereal notes. Bread dough.
Palate: Much sweeter. Velvety mouthfeel. Pleasant fruity notes. Apple jelly. Walnuts.
Finish: Hot and nothing more. Like swallowing a teaspoonful of tabasco sauce.
Comment: Far from Rosebank at its best. Fiery.
