Nose: Light. Burnt grass, apple, raw chestnut, dry forests, earth. Young? Retreats in time.
Palate: Very light and quite sweet. Lacking in complexity.
Finish: Short, clean.
Comment: A simple, drinkable but average glass.

Nose: Light, fresh. Dessert apples. Hint of smoke.
Palate: Almost as light as the colour (eau de nil). Flowery. Apple blossom. Honey.
Finish: Fresh pears.
Comment: Lacks contribution from wood. Lacks complexity.
