Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Nutty (almonds), cookie-gingery, sweet.
Palate: Orange blossom. Creamed corn. Toffee.
Finish: Light, crisp, toasty. Spicy. Rye.
Comment: In palate, the closer of the two to the Canadian tradition. Wins points for that attribute. I could drink quite a few of these.
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Young, with spicy oak, orange peel, a hint of lemon and a whiff of tobacco.
Palate: Soft, chewy butterscotch with a positive spicy kick from the rye on the back palate.
Finish: Orange.
Comment: Young and not quite fully mature but worth watching. Nelly Furtado.
