Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Heavy, extractive nose, rich and mature. Dry with oak, Dundee cake, liquorice. Firm oak. Becomes more assertive with water.
Palate: Sweet and syrupy. Dried fruits, red fruits, almond croissant, but with sufficient dry, coconut oak to balance. Shifts into honeycomb.
Finish: Quite dry.
Comment: No water needed here. Good, complex.

Nose: Fresh bread being toasted by an open fire.
Palate: Light but firm. Hard toffee. Creamy.
Finish: Sweet spiciness.
Comment: Gentle. Accessible. Enjoyable.
