Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mature. Candied peels, melted white chocolate, fresh fruit salad. The oak takes things into the sauna (pine). With water becomes deeper: honeydew melon, currant, heather.
Palate: A seamless flow of all the flavours on the nose. Beautifully balanced.
Finish: Fantastic length.
Comment: Structure and softness in perfect harmony. A must drink.
8.5
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich and fruity. Floral. Carnation. Baked peaches. Hazelnuts. Polished oak floor. A touch of blackcurrant.
Palate: Crisp, tangy. Lingering fruit. Blackcurrant jam. Gingerbread. Chocolate fudge.
Finish: Dry. Nutmeg. Liquorice.
Comment: An assertive character, with a pleasant crisp feel on the palate. The dram to take on long forest walk. Invigorating.
