Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Substantial with good maturity. Orange peel and ginger, drying grass, barley sugar, passion fruit, banana skin and a wholemeal maltiness.
Palate: Very silky with marzipan, sweet nut and dried tropical fruits, peach. Honeycomb, chocolate and mint. Multi-layered and surprisingly deep.
Finish: Immensely long. Trickles down the back of the throat.
Comment: A stunner.

Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Baked bananas, green apples and pear drops. An attractive and subtle meadow note. Custard. A little pencil shavings woodiness.
Palate: Sweet banana custard, toffee apple followed by drying spice.
Finish: Cinnamon.
Comment: Again, pleasant very pretty. A really good example of American oak maturation.
