Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Creamy and sweet. Loads of vanilla. Some flowers, dandelion and burdock, tinned apricot, baked apple, toasted nut. Delightful.
Palate: Sweet with tinned fruit syrup. Tongue coating. Whipped cream with chocolate sprinkles. Ripe and sweet offset by crisp oak.
Finish: Very flowery.
Comment: One of those 'light' drams which sneaks up and beguiles you.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Toasted sesame seeds.
Palate: Dry, nutty, with a suggestion of lemongrass in the background.
Finish: Soothing.
Comment: Subtle aromas and flavours, but beautifully composed.
