Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light, crisp and intense with dry malty notes alongside lemon zest/leaf, flowers, almond and a crisp hay/grassiness.
Palate: Sweet, fragrant start, a flowery mid-palate with white currants, violet grass. Concentrated.
Finish: Light and quite dry.
Comment: Delicate but intense with great energy and zesty drive.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Flowery. Carnation. Pear-drop. Reminiscent of a grappa. Touch of hazelnut and date.
Palate: Very sweet. Cereals sweeping up fruit. Grassy. Wholegrain bread. Cooling mintiness.
Finish: Hot, intense, slightly fiery.
Comment: A neat, summery comforter. Perfect dram for hillwalkers.
