Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Nutty, sweet and rich. Cereal notes, toasted almond, dried apple. More complex with water: sweet spices, Toffee Crisp, cedar.
Palate: Medium weight with good texture and sweetness. Hay, nutmeg, sultana. Good presence.
Finish: Spicy.
Comment: Not so much who shot JR, but who killed Dallas Dhu?
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Warm, oaty, cookie-like, grassy.
Palate: Creamy and minty, with a suggestion of anis.
Finish: Fennel. Flowery.
Comment: Much more herbal than other bottlings of Dallas Dhu.
