Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Honeydew melon. A hint of garden mint. Milk pudding. Caramel. Cedar.
Palate: Creamy. Rich. Spicy. Sultanas. Plum cake. Nougat. Some toffeeish chewiness.
Finish: Slightly burnt. Slightly rooty and woody.
Comment: The richness of the whisky more than balances the slight woodiness. This is delicious. Glen Moray with maturity-and dimension-than we can usually experience.
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Full-on sherried notes: bitter chocolate, hot water bottle, cold tea, fig, smoke, autumn bonfires.
Palate: Big, thick and mouthcoating. A hint of sulphur. Oily and soft.
Finish: Thick and long. Some spice and rancid butter on finish.
Comment: Sherry but(t) no Glen Moray.
