Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: A hit of oaky vanilla toffee, then an unfamiliar hint of peat and a surprisingly emphatic sea note. A very long aroma.
Palate: Surprisingly sweet and juicy. The fresh oak character combines with the typical walnut, but somewhat overpowers the usual spiciness.
Finish: That very slight peat again, adding an appetising full stop.
Comment: Very juicy wood, but just too much of it?
