Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Tangy, a little spirity. Floral. Geranium. Quite perfumy. In the back, a note of wet leaves and moss.
Palate: Sweet at start, with a cotton wool feel. Then the alcohol makes a hefty come back but in a pleasant way. Lots of oak.
Finish: Warm, spicy, oaky. A grassy aftertaste.
Comment: A sharp character which needs a good dash of water. Quite refreshing.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Plain and slightly harsh. Linoleum with a vegetal note. Cinnamon and mashed banana.
Palate: Better on the palate. Smooth yet tingling attack and a Madeira-like nuttiness. Very direct.
Finish: Dry. Slightly aggressive.
Comment: One dimensional and rather simple.
