Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very viscous. A big, quite robust, and, in time, toasty nose filled with cooked fruits, nutmeg, chestnut with a lift of mustard leaves and ginger.
Palate: Thick and quite exotic to start with hints of wild herbs. Slightly lacking in definition.
Finish: Nutty with some peach stone. Some smoke.
Comment: Best with only a splash of water.
7.8
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Mint toffee.
Palate: Butterscotch sauce. Oat cookies with raisins. Ginger snaps.
Finish: Long, warming.
Comment: Delicious. Perilously drinkable. Drink it with dessert. No, pour it all over the ice-cream.
7.8
