Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Light cereal grain and fruit.
Palate: Lightly oily. Creamy, nutty. Hazelnut. Fruity. Candied angelica.
Finish: Dry. Hint of charcoal.
Comment: Pleasant, soothing, sociable.

Taster Doug McIvor

Nose: Dry overall, despite some butterscotch, pear drops and a hint of chocolate orange.
Palate: Aniseed, a wave of brine then more chocolatey and citrus notes.
Finish: Dry, spicy and chocolatey.
Comment: Showing some nice complexities. Drier than younger offerings.
