Tasting notes
Taster   Phoebe Calver
Nose: An interesting mix of clear and crisp herbal hints of heather honey, almost lavender, a smidge of raisin, and juicy green apple skins cutting through.
Palate: The sweetness continues here with more of the green apple skin, green tomato skins, and light honey drizzled on toasted brioche.
Finish: A short to medium finish, lingering with the heather honey.
Comment: Delicate, fresh and light. A very pleasant sip.

Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: Crisp, with delicate cereal notes of shortbread, barley sugar, cornflakes and vanilla sponge. Light diacetyl notes of buttermilk and walnut cream.
Palate: Light bodied with citrus Moffat Toffee, hints of marzipan icing, caramel sauce and oxidised sliced apples.
Finish: It becomes drying and astringent in the finish with pistachio and green notes like capsicum, clove and pine too.
Comment: Toffee and apples aren’t the most obscure Highland whisky flavours, but this delivers them very well.
