Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Lime marmalade on malt loaf. Opal fruits. Bales of damp hay.
Palate: Appetising apricot jam in the middle of the palate, followed by some oaky maturity.
Finish: Drying, brown toastiness.
Comment: A fruity rumble in the hay. Oo arr missus.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fruity (quince, bletted fruits, plum, orange spangles) sweet and concentrated with hints of honey and flowers. Some dry oak and a hint of bran-like maltiness.
Palate: Zesty with dried peels and berry fruits. Rounded.
Finish: Medium dry. Jammy fruit.
Comment: More weight and interest than the 12 Years Old.
