Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Hugely aromatic. Lemony, estery. Hint of smokiness. Malty.
Palate: Quite big. Firm. Appetising and full of flavours. Sweetish. Distinct anis. Liqueur-ish.
Finish: Cookie-like dryness.
Comment: This version is not obviously sherryish, but still manages very big flavours indeed. I'm very impressed.
8.0
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light soft and creamy. American cream soda, custard and cooked apple/bread and butter pudding with nutty malt underneath.
Palate: Very soft and sweet. Straight down the middle.
Finish: Soft.
Comment: Very soft, direct. Good blending material, but as a single?
