Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: A kid in a sweet shop with foam bananas, lemon sherbet and Highland Toffee bars. Wisps of pine resin and warm spices.
Palate: Punchy fruit which quickly bursts with overtones of toasted walnuts, lime and chilli cashews followed by maple syrup. A buttery texture.
Finish: Medium finish with a lingering sweet spice of crystallised ginger.
Comment: A fruity bubble waiting to burst. Sweet, dry and buttery.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Fresh and really engaging, almost like a wander through cider country after harvest, apples, citrus and vanilla custard. Warms up a little with more Christmas spices and candied fruits.
Palate: Plenty of oak and spices right at the beginning. That apple orchard note is still here, then more powdered ginger and candied orange peel come through. A little oily.
Finish: Takes its time drying slowly with the citrus and spices.
Comment: Not much wrong here, very easy to drink and enjoy.
