Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Subtle and really shy at first. Reminicent of 35mm film cannisters, then into citrus with blood orange juice and lemon posset. Shades of Key Lime pie and meringue. Very distant menthol notes too.
Palate: Very sweet and light like the nose, but then that lovely blood orange tang comes through. In the citrus there's menthol too, peppermint prickle. Some damp oak notes too and earthy edges.
Finish: Keeps going building on the sweetness and spices.
Comment: Interesting stuff worth a look at.

Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Acetone and peardrops gradually lessen and allow tones of gorseflower, linseed oil and white chocolate. A jam-packed cranachan, sweetness of fresh raspberries and heather honey.
Palate: Butterscotch fudge, sour plums, more heather honey. Floral and musky with a hint of overripe bananas creating a sulphurous and bitter note.
Finish: The freshness and floral tones finish short with sour cream creating length.
Comment: Slightly disconnected with bitter tones, still pleasantly fresh.
