Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Wants to go all sweet and spicy, but instead is dragged into a sour and nutty direction. Odd and slightly off.
Palate: Quite light with bread & butter pudding. Softens in the centre then suddenly goes rubbery. Cleaner with water.
Finish: Eraserhead.
Comment: Not knitted.
6.9
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Woody. Earthy note. Humus. Wet wood. A yeasty touch.Wild berries. Formic acid. Beer.
Palate: Sweet. Honeyed fruit but with a stale fruit note in the back. Watery at mid palate area.
Finish: Bland,sweet,fades quickly.
Comment: An unpleasant fermenting note all the way. And a weak profile. Diluted, strength wise as well as aroma wise.
