Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A mix of sweet cereal, grass, polished floor. There's struck match then honey and blossom.
Palate: Sweet to start. Almond, deck oil and a sweet spiciness running the whole length.Good feel.
Finish: Surprisingly long
Comment: Very sulphury nose which knocks the scoreback. For me this needs more time in cask just to lose that element.
7.6
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Vegetal,rootsy and rhubarb.
Palate: Barley sugar, crystallised ginger,a bit one dimensional.
Finish: Medium and crisp and with asavouriness.
Comment: Not much to shout about really. A slow developer perhaps? Put it back in the cask for anotherfour years.
6.6
