Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light, fresh, lemony (unripe lemon). Earthy and rooty. Distant smoke.
Palate: Sweet, keeps that refreshing character. Peaty, even sooty. Woodsmoked ham. Minty.
Finish: Dry, dusty. Spices keep the palate warm.
Comment: Fresh and frisky. A welcome body warmer.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Ultra-fresh fish, rainwashed pebbles, light smoke which develops as it opens. Clean and quite sweet behind.
Palate: Light clean with a delicate oiliness. Mixing fragrance delicate fruit and smoke well but needs a little more weight.
Finish: Light smoke.
Comment: Once the middle fills out will be a lovely addition to the range.
