Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Strawberry and rosehip once more but this has some greater substance and depth. Some smoke in there as well. Slight touch of youth.
Palate: Sweet quite concentrated fruits. Again hinting at depth. Lightly phenolic.
Finish: Good length mixing woodsmoke and hedgerow fruits.
Comment: A success.

Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Some sherry-like dried fruit notes, with some berries and spice too. There's smoke too with a little oaty cereal character.
Palate: Very sweet initially, with vanilla and treacle toffee, with cinnamon spice and dryness coming through later. Some berry fruit is in the delivery too.
Finish: A thread of smoke.
Comment: Another successful finish where the cask input seemed to work with the spirit.
