Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Light and gentle at first, a little reminiscent of that old school starters of melon and Parma ham, with a dusting of cinnamon powder. Then there is a zip of citrus, chocolate dipped cherries.
Palate: Wonderfully perfumed, lavender lined oak drawers and walking into a perfumiere’s on a hot day. Trail mix, plenty of dried tropical fruit, mango, papaya and passion fruit, honey.
Finish: Lingers, honey and citrus sweetness.
Comment: Seem to go down a couple of routes, but what's not to like? Delivers perfectly.

Taster   Sam Coyne
Nose: Gently floral and a little grassy. There’s the sweet syrup that you get from a fruit salad, apricots and nectarines. Excitingly pleasant.
Palate: Still on the shy-side but the floral note from the nose is making itself known on the palate. More of the grassiness too, but is mellowed out. Finally that fruit promised on the nose.
Finish: Lingers a little, like a sweet syrup.
Comment: Oddly the nose promised so much without giving a lot away, It’s good, maybe better than that, but I’m still waiting for it to show its true colours.
