Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Complex and layered. Heather honey with stewed apple. Golden rum like with plenty of toasted wood and light coconut notes.
Palate: Smooth and gentle. A whisky which caresses the tongue but which retains a freshness, allowing it to avoid being overly cloying. In time, honey nut cornflakes, guava, and lemon zest.
Finish: Smooth, long and balanced.
Comment: A very fine grain indeed. Recommended.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruity and honeyed, displaying citrusy aromas. Tangerine, lemon. A sappy touch and a hint of cedarwood.
Palate: Smooth and sweet, with a silky texture. Fresh orange, sour apple. Then drying on a spicy note. Gingerbread. With water, medlars and orange peel.
Finish: Dry and spicy, slightly sherbet.
Comment: Clean and nicely balanced. A pleasant summer dram.
