Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lifted and fragrant, all lemongrass, white florals, green grapes, melon, unripe apple and warm suet. Light buzz of alcohol. Gets a little thin with water.
Palate: Very sweet with a melting texture with good mid-palate sweetness. Those light, green, unwashed fruits remain.
Finish: Sherberty.
Comment: A downy cheeked youthfulness. A delicious aperitif.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy.Quite intense. Opening on spices.Caraway seeds, macis. An earthy touch.Fruit develop with water. Medlars, pears.
Palate: Sweet at start then tangy with a pleasant sour edge.Leaves way to a dry oakiness and some astringency.
Finish: Dry, dusty, spicy.
Comment: A dry character. Lacks complexity and smoothness.
