Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lifted and fragrant, all lemongrass, white florals, green grapes, melon, unripe apple and warm suet. Light buzz of alcohol. Gets a little thin with water.
Palate: Very sweet with a melting texture with good mid-palate sweetness. Those light, green, unwashed fruits remain.
Finish: Sherberty.
Comment: A downy cheeked youthfulness. A delicious aperitif.
