Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Initially masses of fruit, red cherries, apple skins, cooked oranges. A sweet note, candyfloss and sticks of rock.
Palate: Follows the big brashness of the nose, coconut cream, hints of spices and a sweet edge.
Finish: Sweet oak and a little dry.
Comment: Has some swagger to it.
8.5
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Intensely fruity, with Spangles and maraschino cherries.
Palate: Full-bodied, rich and luscious; cream, new leather and nutmeg.
Finish: Black pepper and new oak.
Comment: This doesn't really need more than four years.
