Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Remarkably fresh, sweet, sea-air and perfume.
Palate: Gentle, clean, nutty-malty sweetness.
Finish: Herbal. Sage?
Comment: Appetising and remarkably refreshing.
7.5
Taster   Jim Murray
Nose: A slight sulphury note spoils the party. Underneath lovely soft sherry and crisp briny, malty notes.
Palate: Delightful with an astonishing arrival of malty-sherry notes. Low-key saltiness reveals extra depth.
Finish: Strange, sulphur-sherry style returns and not for the better. Remains salty with bitter-chocolate.
Comment: This malt is on its way back. This is a big, big improvement - which will continue if sherry content is reduced.
7.5
