Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Initially very delicate, with developing floral and plum notes.
Palate: Straightforward, with eating apples, cream, and a hint of honey.
Finish: The cream from the palate persists as acceptable oakiness develops.
Comment: Pleasant enough, but straightforward!

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light, youthful and floral. A mix of cut grass, clover, tinned fruit salad and lots of cream. Loses impact with water.
Palate: Gentle sweetness. Sponge cake, sweet orange peel. The grass becomes drier, adding a firm edge.
Finish: Gentle. Soft.
Comment: Lovely nose (once again). . Lacks a bit of depth (once again).
