Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruity, quite intense. Ripe apricot. Toasted almonds, new leather.
Palate: Rich, thick. Mouthcoating. Full bodied.Cooked fruit. Plums in honey. Hint of marzipan.
Finish: Smooth, lingering. Very satisfying. More marzipan.
Comment: A pudding-like dram.Lovely mouthfeel, succulent flavours. Beautiful balance.

Nose: Nutty/biscuity. Cookie dough. Robust and malty with a slightly meaty undertone.
Palate: Light caramelised notes crisp with toasty oak, hazelnut. Big controlled and malty.
Finish: Nutty and clean. Some oak.
Comment: Decent.
