Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich, complex. A delicate interlace between fruit, cereal and oak.Peaches and cream.
Palate: Mellow, with a rich satin texture. Caressing. Cooked fruit again but behind a drier note. Green tea. And a slight astringency. With water, opens on citrussy flavours. Juicy orange.
Finish: Lingering, dry.
Comment: The nose is complex, the palate not as smooth as expected. Less delivery than promises.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Peeled turnips, wet wood, preserved lemon. Again a slight earthy note. With water becomes more rooty, violet.
Palate: Nutty once more though this time it is offset by a softy syrupy feel. Some mango, but then it dries.
Finish: Tight.
Comment: Lacks expressiveness.
