Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean and crisp. Tinned pear/fruit salad then into banana split, cream, coconut milk. There’s a hint of pine, freesia and balancing cereal notes. With water lemon zest pine nuts, slightly chalky.
Palate: Very sweet and direct. Apple blossom with good concentration. Hint of mango. Powdery.
Finish: Soft clean and balanced.
Comment: Well put together. Recommended.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral. Apple blossom. Intriguing. Light and delicate. Opens on sweeter bakery notes. Digestive biscuits. Vanilla yogurt with cereals.
Palate: Mellow, velvety. Fruitier than the nose. Lemonade with a hint of syllabub. Pear nectar. Getting spicier on time.
Finish: Dry, light, rather short but with a pleasant spicy edge.
Comment: A lovely dram, fresh and inviting as a spring-time morning. Finely laced, not complex though but simplicity is a quality too.
