Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Graphite. Warm barn. Cereal, soggy cornflakes. Light citrus.
Palate: Sweet with a little vanilla. Slightly numb. Water shakes out some juicy fruits and macadamia nut.
Finish: White fruits.
Comment: Again, a palate whisky.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Oily, medicinal. Wet pebbles, sea-lettuce. A hint of wasabi. Lemon peel. The smoke keeps at a distance. Quite rich. In time, gets buttery with a cheesy touch.
Palate: Crisp but oily. Spices overwhelm the sweet maltiness of the core. Quite sherbety on the tongue. Ginger ale, a hint of green cardamom.
Finish: Dry, crisp, fizzy.
Comment: An outdoor dram. Has retained a mineral and seashore profile. Bring on the oysters!
